Dissidenty Foundation Inc was founded in March of 2022 under the laws of California, in the wake of the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. As of January 2024, we now are active in Russia, Ukraine, and Armenia as well as the United States. Although our resources are still very limited, we are developing capabilities particularly in the area of housing, partnering with other NGOs and government agencies.
